Corn Fritters

Ingredients:

* 5 cups flour, all-purpose
* 2 3/8 tablespoons baking powder
* 2 3/8 teaspoons salt
* 10 eggs
* 14 ounces creamed corn

Procedure

Sift dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients and beat out lumps. Spoon mixture into hot oil using a tablespoon. Deep-fry at 350 - 365 degrees until golden brown.
